Everyone banded together to ban it and that's been the standard.

Can't say that it makes a lot of sense any more. Maybe it's a business decision, made to appease the bomb makers.bluzdudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05991272670722362652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-329507352453931374.post-87261139037256809452013-09-13T12:24:43.528-04:002013-09-13T12:24:43.528-04:00Syria is a cluster fuck. Just failed attempts, which we are prone to do.

As the President talked, he kept talking about all those kids gassed. I thought of all the other massacres in other countries in which we have done nothing. Also, the hundred thousand people (many of them children) who have died in the civil war there before the chemical attack. Apparently we are super offended by the weapon used, not the killing.

Point of order for future dictators: If you're going to kill hundreds of thousands of your own people, JUST DON'T USE GAS!!

Lesson learned.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-329507352453931374.post-74873549950680092372013-09-11T18:07:38.096-04:002013-09-11T18:07:38.096-04:00Thank you for recognizing my attempts to be reason...Thank you for recognizing my attempts to be reasonable. I always say I have reasons for everything I do. They may be stupid reasons, but they’re mine none the less.

I love eating fish, but I don’t think I’ve had halibut. I bet that one would definitely hang over the bun. I had no idea they got so big. Biggest ones I’ve ever seen were, like, dinner plate sized, which I supposed is very convenient.
bluzdudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05991272670722362652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-329507352453931374.post-79187058978369370152013-09-11T12:03:02.643-04:002013-09-11T12:03:02.643-04:00Always a pleasure to hear your thoughts on whateve...Always a pleasure to hear your thoughts on whatever political maneuvering is going on at the moment. Whether I agree with you or not, I always find you well-reasoned, which is more than I can say for . . . um . . . nearly everyone else?

Halibut was the first fish I ever ordered for myself when I was forced to start eating seafood if I wanted to be taken to nice restaurants by my last boyfriend, so I have a special place in my heart for it, and DUDE. I want that stuffed and on my wall and in my belly.Unapologetically Mundanehttp://www.unapologeticallymundane.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-329507352453931374.post-29869029433845161062013-09-10T22:07:48.692-04:002013-09-10T22:07:48.692-04:00It HAS been a lose/lose situation, that's why ...It HAS been a lose/lose situation, that's why I've kept my big yap shut about it for the last month.

And who wouldn't like a good halibut? I sure do, and that's no fluke.bluzdudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05991272670722362652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-329507352453931374.post-14381527725633801852013-09-10T21:55:13.034-04:002013-09-10T21:55:13.034-04:00"Lalalalala," she says with her fingers ..."Lalalalala," she says with her fingers in her ears.

I'm doing everything I can to avoid the Syria issue. Is that wrong? Yes. But I can't help thinking it's a lose-lose situation, making me feel ambivalent and helpless.

I do like halibut though. So, thanks for that.sherry stanfa-stanleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00680055033925659511noreply@blogger.com
